Methi leaves stir fry / Fenugreek leaves Stir fry / Vendhaya Keerai poriyal |
Ingredients:
Tempering: - Fenugreek leaves / Methi Leaves -1 bunch , Cleaned and chopped .
- Moong dal - 4 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- oil -2 tsp
- Red chilli - 2 no slit
- onion -1 no , chopped
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
Now add methi leaves to the dal and allow it to cook till the leaves become soft .
Now transfer the tempered ingredients to the methi leaves and moong dal mixture and stir.
Serve hot with Steamed rice and a curry of your choice
