My Younger Daughter Nishita was Craving for a cookie . I goggled up and landed in few recipes in you tube . I gave the one minute recipe a shot and it just was perfect .This recipe calls for very few ingredients and made in a microwave cup . The measurement below serves good for 1 person or single serving .

Method:
Take the microwave safe cup and add the butter .

Melt the butter in the microwave oven for 30 - 35 seconds . Now add the Vanilla Extract , Sugar and mix .

Add the egg yolk and mix well . ( Do not add the whites of the egg )

Add the all purpose flour and continue to mix .

Add the sprinkles .

Microwave the entire contents for 45 seconds . Insert a tooth-prick to check the cookie . If it comes out clean the cookie is cooked . My cookie was just perfect with 45 seconds .
Done ! .
My kid enjoyed the cookie when it was warm and it tasted so good that will make us crave for more .

I guess some people do not get the concept of a mug cookie and that's ok. So here it is. Sometimes people have a mild sweet tooth and want a small treat. So mug desserts meet the need for anyone who need a quick sweet treat. Of course the oven is better, but why heat the oven for one or two cookies when you can have one in the matter of a couple minutes? I think its a great idea and really good for kids who are not permitted to use the oven yet. Kudos for a great recipe!
