GARLIC BREAD ROLLS RECIPE | EGGLESS BAKING

Garlic Bread Rolls Recipe is my favorite recipe that I wanted to try for a very long time . This is a  simple recipe that could be made easily . We had these Garlic Bread rolls on a Snowy cold evening along with Almonds Chai . So now of to today's post Garlic Bread rolls with step by step pictures .

Garlic Bread Rolls Recipe
GARLIC BREAD ROLLS RECIPE | EGG LESS BAKING




Preparation Time : 15 minutes  | Resting Time : 45 minutes | Cooking Time : 30 minutes  | Recipe Category: Snacks| Serves : 4

Ingredients:

To Make the Dough :

  • All Purpose Flour  : 1 1/2 cup
  • Yeast - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - To taste
  • Oil - 1 tea spoon
  • Water - As needed 

To make the Spread :
  • Spreadable Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic - 1tablespoon
  • Salt - To taste

    Method :

    Take 1/4 cup Luke warm water in a mixing bowl . Add the sugar and yeast . Set aside for 10 minutes . The contents get frothy .


    Mix together the Butter and Minced garlic . Set aside .



    Take the All purpose flour in a mixing bowl . Add salt and mix .


    Make a dent in the middle and add the yeast water .


    Add the water if needed and knead it to a soft dough . Apply some oil on the dough and set aside for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a warm place .


    After 45 minutes the dough will be risen .


    Punch it down . Separate the dough in to two parts . Take one part of the dough and roll it on to a dusted flour area so that the dough does not stick to the surface . Roll it using a rolling pin to a rectangular shape .


    Spread the Garlic Butter on the dough  .


    Start Rolling from one side .


    Cut them in to small pieces .


    Arrange them on a Baking tray and set aside for another 30 minutes .


    After 30 minutes the garlic bread rolls will be risen .


    Bake the Garlic Bread rolls at 375F for 30 - 35 minutes . Allow them to Cool down and then Serve the Garlic Bread Rolls .


    Garlic Bread Rolls are ready to be served . My Kids absolutely loves these rolls .

    Wheat Naan Bread | Naan Recipe No yeast Method - Step by Step pictures

    Naan bread is my all time favorite food in the restaurant . Recently we started to make Naan at home . Check out my naan recipe made with Yeast and all purpose flour  by clicking here . Today's recipe is made with Wheat flour and no yeast is used in this recipe . Off to the recipe now .

    Ingredients:

    To Knead the dough
    • Wheat Flour / Aatta  - 3 Cups
    • Yogurt - 1/2 cup
    • Oil - 1/4 cup
    • Baking powder - 3/4 tea spoon
    • Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon 
    • Salt - To taste
    • Water - As needed
    For Dusting :

    • Wheat flour - As needed 


      Method: 

      In a mixing pan , add the wheat flour , Baking powder , Baking soda salt and Mix .


      Make a well in between and add the oil .


      Now add the Yogurt .


      Mix the dry and the wet ingredients together .

       
      Add water as needed to make in to a soft dough .


      Set aside for 2 hours . Make small balls of the dough . Dust using the wheat flour and roll out the balls in to oval shape .


      Heat the iron Griddle , and cook the naans .


      Once the bubbles come up , flip it to the other side and cook the other side as well .

       
      Serve hot .

      Broccoli Carrot Sandwich

      I love sandwiches . They are really super easy to make with some veggies and few  slices of bread . Check out my Banana Bread sandwich and Grilled Vegetable sandwich recipes which i have posted earlier .


      Easy sandwich recipe made with carrots and Broccoli
      Broccoli Carrot Sandwich

      Ingredients:

      • Broccoli - Cut in to florets ( As needed )
      • Baby Carrot - 6 - 7 no ,  Chopped
      • Cream cheese - 1 tbsp
      • Salt - To taste
      • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
      • Green Lettuce Leaf - 1 no
      • Bread - 2 slices
          Method:

          Take a bowl , add the broccoli florets , baby carrot , cream cheese , salt , pepper powder and mix well .


          Take the bread slice and spread the mixture on it .


          Cover it with a lettuce leaf .



          Place another slice of bread on the lettuce .


          Toast it on a griddle till slight golden brown in color .


          Slice it up in to triangles


          Serve warm with Ketchup .

          Vegetable sandwich recipe

          My daughters like sandwiches. After posting the Banana sandwich , i wanted to post another sandwich recipe . I had few Pinto bean patties left over , so i used those patties in this sandwich along with some veggies . Off to the recipe.

          Vegetable sandwich recipe



          Ingredients:

          • Bread slices - 2 no
          • Pinto bean patties - 2 no
          • Shredded onions - 1 tbsp
          • Tomato - chopped , 1 tbsp
          • Lettuce - shredded , 1 tbsp 
          • Butter - 1 tsp ( Vegans can substitute this with 1tsp of oil ) , Optional 

            Method:

            Preheat the sandwich maker if you are using it , Or it could be made in a tawa as well.Take the bread slices and apply Butter / oil to one side . This step could be skipped for a healthy version . Place one slice on the sandwich maker . Top it with the patties and add onion , tomato lettuce to it .


            Place another slice on top of this bread .




            Grill the bread with the sandwich maker , or it could be toasted in a tawa .


            Cook till the bread is toasted well .


            Serve hot with Ketchup

            Bread Cups Recipe

            This is a quickest snack that could be made with bread . Its very simple and easy made with just 4 ingredients  . All kids love the word PIZZA . This is a version of pizza that is made with bread , tomato , onion and some cheese .It taste so good and filling .

            Bread Pizza Cups


            Ingredients:

            Bread - 6 - 7 slices 
            Onion - 1 no , chopped
            Tomato - 1 no , chopped
            Cheese - Few , Grated

              Method:

              Preheat the oven to 350 F .Take a bread cut the edges of the bread ( the brown part ) . Take a circle and a  Semicircle cutter , cut the bread to semicircle and circle shapes .  ( Use the waste bread and make bread crumbs , so that it is not wasted )


              Take a muffin tray , spray some oil in the cups of the tray and start lining the cups with bread pieces . I used 2 semicircle pieces on the edges  and one circle piece in the middle  for one cup of tray  . Similarly line all the cups .


              For filling add the onion , tomato and top it up with grated cheese .


              Bake it at 350 F for 7 - 9 minutes or till the base of the bread becomes crisp .


              Serve warm . My kids enjoyed this snack .

              Banana Mango Loaf cake / Banana Mango Bread / வாà®´ைப்பழம் à®®ாà®®்பழம் கேக்

              This is one of my draft which i wanted to post a long time ago . I made this loaf after i made the Banana cake which was a huge hit . This cake is a Mango banana combo . The overall result was really good . I made a loaf and few cup cakes from the batter . For now I shall post the Mango Banana loaf Pics and recipe . So now coming on to the recipe . Here it goes .

              Banana Mango Loaf  Cake / வாà®´ைப்பழம் à®®ாà®®்பழம் கேக்


              Ingredients:
              •   All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 1/2 cups
              •   Sugar - 3/4 cup  Baking powder - 1 tsp
              •   Baking soda - 1 1/2 tsp
              •   Salt - 1/4 tsp
              •   Unsalted butter - 1 stick ( Approx 1/2 cup when melted )
              •   Mashed Banana and Mango Puree - 1 1/2 cup ( I used 3 ripe banana and 1/2 cup of mango puree )
              •   Eggs - 2 no
              •   Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
              • Nuts - Few ( optional ) 


              Method:

              Preheat the oven to 350 F . In a  mixer  Puree the banana and Mango together . Set aside .


               Melt the butter and set aside .

              Beat the two eggs and set aside .




              In a bowl , mix all purpose flour , salt  sugar , baking soda , baking powder and whisk . Make a dent in the middle .


              Add the beaten eggs , melted butter , pureed mango and banana  , vanilla Extract and gently fold the wet ingredients to the fry ingredients using a spatula .



               Add the nuts and fold it again .


              Take a bread loaf , and pour this mixture in to it and Bake for 35 to 40 minutes .


                Insert a tooth prick to check if the cake is fully baked ie the inserted tooth prick comes out clean . Slice it up .
