Last week end we drove down to Niagara falls, which is about 7 -8 hours drive from my place . My parents and my grandparents love the home made food . We planned to stay there for a day and we planned the menu accordingly .When it was time to have food , we pulled off to the nearest service area and had them at the picnic tables at those plazas . It was just fabulous and a perfect picnic food Here are the recipes that we carried to the trip .

Day 2 -
Morning Breakfast :
The hotel served us with the continental breakfast , Apart from that we had few idlys and tomato , mint chutney remaining which we reheated in the Microwave oven and used it .
Lunch:
We took our rice cooker , and rice to the hotel and we cooked the steamed rice in the hotel and packed it in the box .
