- Chicken - 250 gms
- Tomato - 1 no , chopped
- Onion - 1 no, chopped
- Green chili - 2 no , slit
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Preparation:
In a pressure cooker , heat oil , add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes away .
Now add tomatoes and cook till it become soft . Now add Chili powder and turmeric powder and fry for few seconds .
Add the chicken and salt .
Now add some water , Lemon juice and bring the contents to a boil .
Cover with the lid and pressure cook for 5-10 min.Now open the pressure cooker and allow the excess water if any to evaporate and keep in medium flame till the oil separates from the gravy.
