Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes - 3 no , chopped
- Garlic pods - 3 pods , crushed
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal -1/2 tsp
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Onion -1 no , chopped
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Hing - 1 pinch
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
In a kadai, add oil, allow the mustard seeds to pop and add urad dal.Add crushed garlic and fennel seed.
Add onions turmeric powder , hing, red chilli powder , salt and cook till the raw masala smell goes away .

Now add the boiled potatoes and tosss, that the potato is covered with the masala .
Cook till the oil oozes out from the potatoes , and see that the potato are well roasted .
