Indo Chinese Vegetable Soup

I always had a craving for soups.I just tried this  today evening and my kids absolutely  loved it.
Here it goes the recipe for the vegetable soup.

Ingredients:

Vegetables -  Any vegetables , I used (Carrot+Beans+Peas)
Onion-1 no Chopped
Garlic- 2 pods, crushed
Oil-1 tsp
Salt-to taste
Ajinamotto- 1/2 tsp
Pepper- to taste
Corn flour- 1 tsp
Spring onions

Recipe:

Vegetable Stock:

In a  sauce pan, bring the water to boil, add the chopped onions and mixed vegetables and bring it to boil
Cook till the vegetables turn soft
Squeeze out the water from the vegetables and filter the stock using a strainer.
This is the vegetable stock

To make Soup :

Heat oil, add the crushed garlic pods, two tablespoon of  chopped vegetables, salt, Ajinamoto, pepper and stir fry till the vegetables become crunchy
Add the vegetable stock and bring it to boil.
Mix the  a tablespoon of cornflour in 3 tablespoon of water.
Add this to the vegetable soup.
As the soup become thicker, turn off the stove.
Garnish with spring onions
Serve hot .
