Vegetable Stock Recipe / Vegetable Broth 





Ingredients:

Water
Any Vegetables of your Choice ( I used , Cabbage + Onion + Potatoes + Peas + Corn ) , Diced

Method :

In a large heavy bottom pan , add the diced vegetables  and water .


Heat the contents .


Bring it to boil and cook in high flame for 10 minutes.Now simmer and cook for 45 minutes in low flame .


Turn off . Filter in a strainer .


Discard the vegetables . Store the stock in a container and refrigerate and use up to 4 days .



Make soups using this stock
