- Idly Rice / Boiled Rice - 1 cup
- Urad dhal / Ulundu - 1/8 cup
- Ripe tomatoes - 2 no , diced
- Salt - to taste
Take the required rice and urad dhal in a bowl .
Wash , Add water and soak it for 2 hours .
Add the chopped tomatoes in a mixer and run it to a paste .
Add in the soaked rice ,salt, urad dhal and make a puree of all the contents along with tomato puree .
The batter can be used immedietly to make dosa . No need of fermentation for this dosa .Heat a tawa , Take a ladeful of batter and spread it .
Drizzle some oil along the ends . Flip it over to the other side and cook .
Serve hot .
Enjoy with chutney of your choice .
