Poached Egg

Poached Eggs
Ingredients:

Eggs
Water
Crushed pepper corns - To taste
Salt - To taste
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp

Method:

In a heavy Bottom pan bring the water to boil . Add some vinegar as it make egg to settle down quick .Insert a small vessel inside the boiling water in the center of the pan to hold the egg .


After the water starts to boil vigorously ,  break the egg and pour it in the small vessel inside the pan .


 cover with the lid allow it to cook .


Serve hot .


Sprinkle some salt , crushed pepper corns and serve .


My Kids absolutely loved this .

  6. A different approach to the traditional poached egg. Yes, they do use a 'poach cup' and this is how you can do it with what is available at home.
