Sweet Paniyaram / Fried Semolina Pancake / Rava Maida Paniyaram |
Semolina / Rava - 200 gms
All purpose flour / Maida - 200 gms
Sugar - 150 Gms
Oil - for frying
Water - As required .
Method :
In a mixing bowl , add the Semolina / Rava .
Add some water and soak it for 30 minutes .
Add the all purpose flour .
Now add the sugar .
Add some water and mix well with out any lumps .
Flip it to the other side and cook till the bubbles settle down .
