CAULIFLOWER CARROT BEANS FRY | PORIYAL RECIPES

This Recipe Cauliflower Carrot Bean Fry is a simple quick stir fry of the veggies and tempered with spices and chilli powder . This Recipe pairs well with Steamed Rice , Sambar and Rasam recipes . Cauliflower Carrot Bean Fry - Ingredients


Preparation Time :10 minutes  | Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Recipe Category: Sides  | Recipe Cuisine: South Indian

  • Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
  • Urad dal-1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion-1number, chopped
  • Oil- 2 teaspoon
  • Salt- to taste
  • Sambar powder Or Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon ( Click here for the recipe )
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Turmeric Powder - a pinch
  • Vegetables(carrot+Beans+Cauliflower) - 250 grams,Chopped

Method :

  • In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seeds allow it o pop , and urad dal and fry , then add onion.Cook till onion turns soft.


  • Add the chopped vegetables , hing, sambar powder or red chilli powder , Turmeric powder and salt . Sprinkle little water and mix .


  • Cook till the vegetables turns soft. Cauliflower carrot Bean fry recipe is ready to serve .
