Green Chicken curry

Green Chicken curry

Chicken - 250 gm(cleaned , and chopped)
Cilantro leaves - 1 cup chopped
Green chilli- 4 nos
Ginger - 1'
Garlic - 4 pods
Gingely oil - 4 tsp
Salt - to taste


In   a mixer, grind together the cilantro leaves, green chilli , garlic and ginger in to a smooth paste by adding little water.
Marinate chicken with the ground paste
Set aside for an hour.
In a kadai heat oil, Transfer the marinated contents to the kadai, cook till the oil separates out.
Serve hot with rice, rotis.
