During the winter break we visited my co- sister family . She prepared paneer butter masala using marinara sauce . I bet this was close to the restaurant taste and I was surprised that she made it using marinara sauce . I took the recipe from her and tried it out . This is very easy recipe and saves time too . So let say bye bye to the grinding and cutting part ( Tomato , Onion , Ginger , Garlic ) of the recipe and say Hi to " Marinara sauce " . There are various marinara sauce in the market . I tried this recipe using the smooth marinara sauce .So now off to the recipe .
Method:
In a heavy bottom pan , melt butter and fry the panner and set aside the paneer.
Now add the Turmeric and chilli powders and salt if required .
Cook till the masala smells goes away . Now add the fried panner and heavy cream and mix well .
Serve hot .
We enjoyed this paneer masala with rotis . It can be had with steamed rice , parathas , puri .
