Roasted Channa dhal Balls / Dalia Laddu / Udachakadalai Urundai / Maa Laddu



Roasted Channa dhal  Balls / Dalia Laddu /  Udachakadalai Urundai



Ingredients:

Roasted Channa dhal flour / Dalia flour - 400 gm
Sugar - 150 gms
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Water - As required

Method :

In a Mixer grind the roasted channa dal in to a powder . Transfer this to a mixing bowl .



Add the sugar to it .


Add the ghee to this .


Sprinkle little water and make balls using this  flour.



Store this in an air tight container and use this .
