Mixture Recipe |
Ingredients :
Ompodi / Sev - 650 Gms
Boondi - 650 gms
Peanut - 200 gms
Poha - 200 gms
Garlic pods - 6 no , crushed
Dalia / roasted channa dal - 200 gms
Red chili powder - As required
Salt - to taste
Oil - For frying
Method:
Make the Ompodi / Sev by Clicking here . Crush this in to small pieces .

Heat oil in a Kadai / Wok . Now fry the peanuts , and Dalia / Roasted channa dal .
Now fry the poha and add this to the mixture .
Now fry the crushed garlic and add it to the recipe .
Spread all the fried contents on the newspaper and now sprinkle red chilli powder and salt and start mixing the contents evenly .
Store this in an airtight container and use this .
Spicy and yum snack,can never say no to this one:)
