Kadai Paneer | Cottage Cheese Bell Peppers Gravy

My Kids Akshita and Nishita are in love with Paneer . I try to cook paneer in different forms and feed them . They like all the paner dishes like the ever famous Mutter Paneer and Paneer Butter Masala  . Paneer Korma and Paneer Paratha  was also loved by them . Another Version I cooked paner is this a Kadai Paneer recipe.

After the cumin seeds crack, add the ground puree , coriander powder, turmeric powder , and cayenne pepper powder .

Add some water to the gravy and bring it to boil , Now add the salt. Cook till the oil separates out from the gravy

Add paneer and capsicum and let it simmer for about five minutes on low medium heat.Mix Well . Add the fenugreek powder and mix

Now it is ready to serve.

This recipe goes well with Naan , also with parathas and flat breads .

  2. Lovely. For us paneer is a once a while because we usually prefer tofu. But its sure really inviting, packed with the Indian spicy flavors.
