| Kadai Paneer | Cottage Cheese Bell Peppers Gravy | 
Ingredients:
- Paneer - 400 gm ( cut in to small size cubes )
 - Capsicum / Bell peppers - 2 no , any color ( Diced )
 - Oil - 4 tsp
 - Hing - 1 pinch
 - Cumin seeds / Jeera - 2 tsp
 - Coriander powder- 2 tsp
 - Turmeric powder-1 pinch
 - cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
 - Salt-to taste
 - Fenugreek leaf powder / Methi Leaves - 1 tsp
 
To Grind:
- Tomatoes - 3 no, Chopped
 - Ginger - 1' piece
 - Green chili - 2 no
 
Method:
 Blend the tomatoes, ginger, and green chili to make a paste in a mixer .
Heat the oil in frying pan and fry paneer for about 2 minutes.Take them out.
Next stir-fry capsicum until they are tender. Do not over cook the capsicum. Take them out and drain on a paper towel.
Using the same frying pan, pour some oil and add the hing and cumin seeds.
After the cumin seeds crack, add the ground puree , coriander powder, turmeric powder , and cayenne pepper powder .
Add some water to the gravy and bring it to boil , Now add the salt. Cook till the oil separates out from the gravy
Add paneer and capsicum and let it simmer for about five minutes on low medium heat.Mix Well . Add the fenugreek powder and mix
Now it is ready to serve.
This recipe goes well with Naan , also with parathas and flat breads .
