Capsicum stir fry / Kodaimilagai Poriyal / Bell peppers stir fry / கொடைமிளகாய் பொறியல் |
Ingredients:
- Capsicum -1 no (diced in to small pieces)
- Onion - 1 no , chopped
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method:
In a kadai, heat oil.Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.Add urad dal and stir for a minute.
Now add the onions and cook till it becomes soft.
Add the diced capsicum , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt and mix .
Cook till the capsicum become soft .
Serve hot with Steamed Rice and a curry of your choice .
