Red snapper fish fry / sankara meen varuval
Ingredients:

fish-Red snapper 2 nos, cut in slices
Curry powder/sambar powder- 2 tsp
Oil
Salt- As per taste

Recepie:

Take the cleaned fish or fillets in a bowl.Add sambar powder/ curry powder and salt,mix well.Coat the fish with masala well.
Leave it aside for an hour.
Heat oil in kadai,drop the fish pieces in oil and allow it to cook on both sides till it turns golden brown.
Serve hot.
