Cabbage Fried Rice |
Ingredients:
Cabbage - 1 cup , shredded
Cooked rice - 2 1/2 cup
Green Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Ajinamoto - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Garlic pods - 10 nos , minced
Oil - 1 tbsp
Whole red chilli - 3 nos
Pepper Corns powder - 1/2 tsp
Method :
Heat the Oil in a shallow pan , fry the whole red chilli in medium flame till it turns dark brown in color .
Add the minced Garlic and cook till the raw smell goes away .
Remove the roasted red chili from oil . Add the shredded cabbage , salt , pepper powder and cook till the cabbage is crunchy .Now add the cooked rice , Chilli sauce , soya sauce, ajinamotto and mix .
Cook for few minutes . Serve hot .
