Peanut chutney-Ingredients
Preparation Time : 10 minutes |

- Peanut - 1/2 cup
- Rosted channa dal ( Pottukadalai ) - 2 tablespoon
- Coconut - 2 tablespoon
- Red chilli - 2 numbers
- Tamarind - a pinch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - To Taste
To Temper:
- Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Urad dhal - 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves - Few leaves

Method :
- Start by roasting the peanuts till they become a little crunchy .
- Roast the Red chilli for few seconds .
- Allow the contents to cool down . Transfer them to a blender . Add the garlic pods , salt , Tamarind and Rotsted channa dal ( Pottukadalai ) .
- Add some Coconut ( I forgot to click that pic )
- Blend the peanut chutney well with some water .
- Add water and mix the peanut chutney to desired consistency .
- To temper the peanut chutney , heat oil add the mustard seeds and allow them to pop . Now add the urad dhal and fry till they become brown in color . Add the curry leaves . Transfer the tempered contents to the peanut chutney and mix well .
