So now off to today's post Melting moment Cookies Recipe .

    Method :

    • In a mixing bowl add the Dalda ( Butter ) and Powdered Sugar .

    • Whisk it well until fluffy .  Use electric beater if you have it or whisk using hand .
    • Add half egg , few vanilla essence drops and continue to whisk .

    • Add the all purpose flour , Baking powder  and continue to whisk .

    • Knead the contents to a soft dough .

    •  Take the crushed Corn flakes in a plate . ( I used choco Corn Flakes )

    • Wet your fingers in water and make a small ball from the dough and roll it on the crushed corn flakes so that the cornflakes sticks on the dough .

    •  Done ! Similarly finish the dough making balls and rolling in the flakes

    •  Bake the balls in Oven  at 350F for 20 - 25 minutes .

    •  Yummy Melting moments Cookies are ready to serve .  Allow them to cool down completely and store in an airtight box .

    Notes:

    • Dalda Could be substituted with Butter or Margarine
    • Before making balls from the dough . It is very important to wet your fingers before making balls , because the moisture in the dough balls will allow the cornflakes to stick .
