CHICKEN LIVER FRY RECIPE | KOZHI ERAL VARUVAL |
Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 250 grams , Cleaned and chopped in to medium size pieces
- Red chilli- 6 numbers
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Onion - 150 Grams , chopped
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin Powder - 1 tea spoon
- Pepper Powder - 1 1/2 tea spoon
Preparation:
In a Kadai add the oil , after it is heated add the chopped onions and slit red chillies and cook till onion becomes soft .
Add the chopped chicken liver pieces turmeric, cumin and pepper powders, Salt and Stir . ( Add the pepper powder , Turmeric powder immediately after the chicken Liver is added , as this removes any smell from the Chicken Liver )
Cook in medium heat . cook till the oil separates out from the gravy.

Now the chicken Liver Fry is ready to serve .
Serve this with Steamed Rice and Rasam . This also Goes well with flat breads .
