CHICKEN LIVER FRY RECIPE | KOZHI ERAL VARUVAL

Chicken Liver fry is a easy recipe which can be made quickly with only very few ingredients . Easy Chicken Liver Fry recipe , Kozhi Eral Varuval Recipe
CHICKEN LIVER FRY RECIPE | KOZHI ERAL VARUVAL



Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver - 250 grams , Cleaned and chopped in to medium size pieces 
  • Red chilli- 6 numbers
  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  • Onion - 150 Grams , chopped
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tea spoon
  • Pepper Powder - 1 1/2 tea spoon

Preparation:

In a Kadai add the oil , after it is heated add the chopped onions and slit red chillies and cook till onion becomes soft .


Add the chopped chicken liver pieces turmeric, cumin and  pepper powders, Salt and Stir . ( Add the pepper powder , Turmeric powder immediately after the chicken Liver is added , as this removes any smell from the Chicken Liver )


Cook in medium heat . cook till the oil separates out from the gravy.

Now the chicken Liver Fry is ready to serve .


Serve this with Steamed Rice and Rasam . This also Goes well with flat breads .
