Radish Paratha / Mooli Paratha
Ingredients:
Wheat flour ( Atta ) - 3 cups
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
salt - to taste
Radish -9 no
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp

Peel the skin of the radish .
Grate the radish .
In a large bowl , mix the shredded radish, salt, chilli powder and now start adding the wheat flour.Add little water to it and knead in to a soft dough . Apply oil to the dough and set aside...
