Potato Peas Fry - Ingredients

- Boiled Potato - 3 number , diced
- Peas - 1/2 cup , Pre-cooked
- Onion - 1 number , chopped
- Garlic Pods - 3 numbers , crushed
- Oil - 2 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Urad dhal - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Hing - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Method :
- Heat oil in a wok . Add the mustard seeds and allow them to pop . Now add the urad dhal and fry till they become brown in color . Add the crushed garlic and fry till raw smell goes away . Add the onion and cook till they become soft .
- Add the turmeric powder , salt , Red chilli powder , Hing and mix well .
- Add the Boiled Potato and Mix .
- Fry them well that the potatoes are well coated with the spice powders . Now add in the Boiled peas and Mix them well .
- Done ! Urulai Kilangu Pattani Poriyal or Potato Peas Fry is ready to be served .
- Serve the Potato Peas Fry with Steamed Rice and a curry .
